What makes my pie different?
Not only are my pies hand crafted and made from a recipe perfected through generations but they are also made with Cortland apples from a local farm. This means that when you support me, you support two local business in your community AND you get to enjoy the perfect pie. What could be better?
Baked in tradition!
My Grandpa Peck always made the best apple pie and when it was time he taught me all of his secrets! Many memories of my childhood thanksgivings are with him and I in the kitchen as he taught me the best way to core and chop the apples and what steps to take to make good flaky crust.

Though he is no longer with us, every thanksgiving the taste of my fresh-baked apple pie brings me back to those cherished memories.
